...最終達到高效學(xué)習(xí)的目的, IHM系統(tǒng)的重要鏈接,首先建立學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,interest,其次以習(xí)慣,habit,的形式加以鞏固,最后輔以高效學(xué)習(xí)方法,method,幫助青少年學(xué)生達到事半功倍的學(xué)習(xí)效果.

...于筆者根據(jù)美國老制度經(jīng)濟學(xué)家康芒斯（John Commons）的見解在《導(dǎo)論》第5章已嚴(yán)格區(qū)分開了“習(xí)性（habit）”、“習(xí)慣（usage）”與“習(xí)俗（custom）”這三個概念，現(xiàn)在看來，英文的“customary.

three is living without regular meals , as often , like spicy exciting , alcohol , Four is shit when bad habits , as a squat toilet , like reading , etc .三是生活起居沒有規(guī)律的人，比如經(jīng)常暴飲暴食、喜歡吃辛辣刺激的東西、酗酒；四是大便時有不良習(xí)慣的人，比如蹲廁所喜歡看書等。
